Thus, the continuity and availability of qualified staff is ensured.

Off-site control of project realization is made by the PM in the Head Office. This applies in particular for all matters with regard to commercial, financial and contractual implications. Monthly progress reports from the site management to the Head Office are reviewed. Regular visits are paid to site to monitor the progress and verify the reported data. Meetings with the Client are arranged to perceive his impressions about the works progress and management’s performance.
